This hotel is designed to create with more accessible landscaped gardens and a sports and leisure facility including swimming pool and fitness centre. As a low-rise structure, the hotel is configured into 4 distinct blocks to form and define open and green spaces while also to create a more intimate scale of a predominantly linear scheme.

The front of the hotel have the meeting room facility and lobby within an open loggia to frame the entry. This hotel will also accommodate a 200 plus meeting / catering centre as well as dining facilities, bar, kitchens and back of house services. Each guest room will have a direct relationship to the gardens and pool with either private balconies or individual garden level terraces. Parking and service areas are provided within a basement.
