Vatika City Point is a composition of built elements comprised of a slender stone clad side core Office Tower with an appended curved metal clad shield above a sky-lit two storey retail base. All are linked at the base by a fully glazed façade which stretches from end to end along the public face of the site.

The Tower's south facing façade is shaded by a series of continuous horizontal louvers. At night, the louvers feature integral up-lighting culminating in the glazed lantern which completes the building's crown.
