The development of approximately 22,000 sqm comprises of a new vibrant town square where 9,000 sqm retail shops and 13,000 sqm office spaces will enliven the character of the open space and provide a sense of security by being overlooked. A ‘beehive’ of small retail shops at ground and first levels are formed around sheltered arcades that lead from the primary streets to the new town square.
