Studio u+a along with ABB coordinated the mixed use entertainment centre Master Plan for the ten acre site to include a 50 storey office tower, a 40 storey hotel and a serviced apartment building, all linked to five low rise buildings arranged around a glass enclosed galleria with multi level retail on the lower levels and office use above. Internationally recognised architects Jean Nouvel, Christian De Portzamparc, Mario Bellini, ABB and Studio u+a were selected to design individual buildings.

Studio u+a designed the gateway building with retail on the lower 3 levels and office use above. The building has a distinct identity on each elevation: a corporate office image to the street, shops enfronting the galleria, and a glass façade with light slots opening onto a six storey loggia which forms the entry to the site.
