The three acre mixed use development in Mumbai's Worli district is intended to stimulate the regeneration of the area. The chamfered, 275 metre tall landmark Skylark Tower would be visible from both the city and the sea. Containing high quality commercial offices on its lower floors and luxury residences above, the Tower, along with a 15 storey commercial headquarters building, would provide 2.2 million square feet of space.

The slender central core Tower is formed in response to solar orientation and would be clad in a triple glazed skin designed to achieve a LEED Silver rating. The residences feature direct lift access and incorporate 'vaastu' principles in their planning.
